Without being able to open brick-and-mortar locations, stores had to make clever site updates, expand online marketing and take a new approach to online events.

Stores provided easy access to textbooks in a variety of ways, including lowering costs, strengthening communication and improving distribution methods.

College stores provided students and the campus community with a variety of delivery options, counter service and forged new strong relationships with the campus community.
